He really dropped the hammer at 200m. Nice win! -

Wasn't he supposed to be exceptionally talented?
After HTC, he went to Christina Watches for a year. According to this, he is in a race in North Jutland

He has a twitter account @rasmusguldhamme
New team is Bluewater Cycling
Interesting read of his breakup with Christina Watches

Yes, it's interesting that. In fact, Marc Madiot is the only rider to repeat his U23 success in the big race in Roubaix. Nick Nuyens is the only one to do it at the Ronde. There haven't been any U23 winners who have won the pro version of Liege. -

From the way he bounced out to the left so violently, I would say he clipped a spectator and swerved out after the contact. How he kept upright under those conditions, great skill there. Here's a link . It happens at km 14.8. You can slow the video to .5x and .25x normal speed. Even before this, all three were flirting with disaster riding in the gutter just off the pavé. Cancellara had to move over more than a few times off the line he was riding to avoid spectators.

Enjoyed this one. Looks like Vannarcke should be well looked after for next season after that ride today. Great performance at such a young age for Roubaix. When Cancellara let guys go up the road, I thought maybe he didn't have it but he played this one perfectly. Still can't figure how Stybar just could not get on after his acrobatic save. Unlucky for him. And the inevitable come-to-nothing flogging on the front By Flecha. Some new faces on the front. Lefevere and OPQS come away with just a podium place from the magic week.
