I can also announce On December 14th Ag2r La Mondiale's talented Irish rider - Nicolas Roche will be our guest for a live Chat from France from 6 PM to 7 PM Central European Time (18:00 - 19:00 CET)
There is a 9 hour difference from USA Pacific time to CET or 9am to t0 pm - check for you own locale.

UPDATE:
Freddie had to re arrange his schedule for the Chat
He will be in the chat at 7AM usa pacific time.
I hope this makes it easier for more of you to come from Europe.
