This post has been removed because I ready Vaughn statement as saying "Now that Treks aren't good frames" when in fact he said "NOT that Treks aren't good frames.

Not to offend anyone, I just thought Trek frames were butt ugly.

Some bikes are just better looking.
I started an article once, "Ten most beautiful bikes at Interbike"
I thought it was a great idea to just grade the bikes on aesthetics - some of the photos weren't that great. (Interbike is a challenging place to take photos with all the lights and I ended up with over 20 nominees - next time I'll just collect the photos and put it up for a vote here. (No trek made the list)
