Now this is interesting - the 2013 World Championships (and 2012 Masters Worlds) will be held in Louisville, Kentucky. Might be enough to get many of use who have followed cross only half-heartedly to pay more attention. No doubt I'll be booking a January trip to Louisville for this one. But why Louisville?

I got really excited when I saw this headline but then realized that it is cyclocross not road. Anyway I think it is still worth a trip. Will they get all the big name Belgians to come over? They may be very disappointed in the beer here!

I wonder if this is the first time that the Worlds have been held outside of Europe.
