I always enjoyed reading about other forum members' accomplishments on the "pre-upgraded" forum - such as Burkni's duathlons, Steve in ATL's track races, Nobrakes' recovery, and others. So, here's a new version of the thread where you can share your experiences and results, whether it's your first race, a new PB, an exciting ride you've done, or another worthwhile accomplishment, whatever your level. helmet.gif

(I know some forumers have events coming up - so make sure you let us know how it goes).

ok, let's now define "another worthwhile accomplishment" as being cycling (or other sports)-related and from now on try to stay on topic - consider that a warning tongue.gif

Off topic - it was reported to me that PF only imbibed a shandy laugh.gif

On topic - I gathered enough podium medals at the recently completed Australian Masters Track Championships to be awarded the age division champion.

Well, this is posted under >General>Training and Equipment, but I won't get into that part of the story. And hey, since when is Kraftwerk off-topic on a cycling forum? wink.gif

OK, I'm done now.

Some may consider hooking up with three flight attendants in a foreign airport during a layover to be a sport therefore it's on topic!!! tongue.gif

Congratulations!

As for what's on topic or not, remember this is a family forum and keep it clean, guys, please mad.gif . Otherwise you're breaking "The Rules" ...

Some non sporting exploits are really good, and seriously though we cant let some good humour get in the way of keeping on topic. WHo didnt get a laugh out of RJBora's exploits? But Im sure it would be okay if someone did something good non sport related?

What, are you hoping to share your school grades with us when you do well? (except do you ever have time to study, with being one of the top posters here? tongue.gif ).

Since this is a cycling forum and this topic is in the "training" section, probably should be mostly sports-related ... but I'm sure if someone has accomplished something else they'd really like to share that would be ok too (as long as it's family-friendly/non-offensive) smile.gif

I loved RJBora's post and all the related ones.. All in good fun and they gave me a couple good laughs! All off topic but hoping the mods turn a blind eye and consider entertainment value - especially if the posts are not doing any harm. Sport is rather physical after all, isn't it tongue.gif

I think I have successfully marked him out of every road races he has been in.

Great defensive domestique. cool.gif
