I would think most of those who have followed the dark side of cycling and sports in general are familiar with Victor Conte and the BALCO scandal.
Victor has served his time, now has his own brand of food supplements and is a strong and outspoken advocate of out-of-competition drugs testing, particularly in boxing.

These days he is having a bit of a feud on Twitter with former BALCO witness Angel Heredia, with Victor very openly accusing him of still doping his athletes, particularly boxers. An interesting spat to follow for those who enjoy a bit of mudslinging.

A very interesting interview (even though it is 5 years old) with Heredia can be found here, where he explains among other things how he designed undetectable drugs down to the molecular level.
