Yes, I did. I put my opinion in shortly after it came out. A lot of pro cyclists are promoting it on their twitter as well.

Have you participated in the surgery, Rake, or do you have plans to?

I have done, yes. SOme of the questions are lacking - one that sprung to mind was "What are the 3 priorities of the UCI". Rather than including the fight against dopage, it had suggestions like "Promotion of cycling as an environmentally friendly sport"....
